PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The fire pump adapter mainly consists of the body,interface,flange bend,safety valve,check device, drainage valve,gate valve,etc.Gate valves are used as maintenance switches on pipelines and are normally open to control the connection between indoor fire protec-tion pipelines and the outside world. When the handwheel is rotated counterclockwise,it opens. The fire pump is filled with pressurized water through KwS and KwA interfaces,and the pressurized water source flows into the indoor fire protection pipeline through check valves.The safety valve has been set to the nominal pressure value when the product leaves the factory.It can ensure that the water pres-sure inside the pipeline or the outlet pressure of the fire pump is not greater than 1.70:0.05MPa.When the pressure exceeds 1.70+0.05MPa, the safety valve will act and automatically release pressure, thereby achieving the purpose of safe water supply.The func-tion of the check device is to prevent water backflow,eliminate water hammer phenomenon, and enable the fire pump to work effec-tively. The base supports the entire adapter and is connected to the pipeline.The drain valve is used to release residual water from thepipe to prevent freezing and rusting.
