PRODUCTINSTALLATION
1.Pleaseinstall the sprinkler head strictlyin accordance with the relevant national regulations based on the selected type.
2.Sprinkler heads should be installed using specialized wrenches and applied with force at the designated locations. It is prohibited to apply force on the frame of the sprinkler head.
3.The sprinkler head shall not be painted or accumulate any dirt to avoid affecting its normal operation.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The ZST type rapid response nozzle is a crucial thermal sensing element,filled with organic solutions of different expansion coeffi-cients inside the glass column.The commonly used three colors include red at 68 degrees, yellow at 79 degrees, and green at 93 degrees.When the temperature reaches the expansion coeficient of the organic liquid,the nozzle glass column ruptures and the water flow in the pipeline sprays out. Sprinkler heads include upward spray,downward spray, and side spray,which determine the different directions in which the head sprays water. Rapid response nozzles are generally used in large modern production plants and warehousing and logis-tics warehouses with a clearance height greater than 8 meters.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
1.The quick response nozzle has a faster reaction speed and is more sensitive.
2.After the glass column ruptures,the rapid response nozzle sprays a larger amount of water than a regular nozzle,which can directly reach the ignition point. Under high pressure (usually greater than or equal to 0.35Mpa), the rapid response nozzle sprays a large amount of water, providing sufficient water for extinguishing the fire.
3.In the event of a fire,the rapid response nozzle will spray a powerful water column from the center of the nozzle,which can pene-trate the shelves to extinguish the fire,extinguishing both the upper and lower parts of the shelves.Due to the special requirements for performance,design,construction,and installation of rapid response nozzles,the cost is much higher than that of ordinary nozzles, and therefore the price is much more expensive.
