EDJ fire pump set is a complete set of modular automatic fire water supply system.The entire unit consists of an electric fire main pump,a diesel engine fire backup pump, and a fire stabiliz-ing device,and is equipped with accessories such as control cabi-nets,valves,fittings,and instruments. All components are inte-grated and installed on the same common base,with a compact structure that saves space in the pump room. On site,only the in-let and outlet water pipelines need to be connected and powered on to quickly put them into use.This device is widely used in vari-ous fire water supply places such as large factories, commercial complexes, high-rise buildings,and warehousing and logistics centers.
PRODUCT FEATURES
The EDJ fire pump set adopts a dual power drive design of electric and diesel engines. When the mains power is normal, the electric pump set is put into operation. Once the power supply fails or the electric pump cannot start,the diesel engine pump set can automatically start to ensure uninterrupted fire extinguish-ing.The diesel engine pump set has a complete automatic control function and can be in standby mode for a long time, responding to fire extinguishing needs at any time. The complete set of dis-mantling structure reduces the on-site installation workload and allows for adaptive design according to the requirements of the pump room site.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The EDJ fire pump set monitors the pipeline pressure in real-time through pressure switches or pressure transmitters.When the pressure drops due to leakage or other reasons in the daily
pipeline network, the stabilizing pump automatically starts to sup-plement the pressure and maintain it within the set range.When there is a sudden increase in water consumption during a fire and
the stabilizing pump is unable to maintain pressure,the electric main pump automatically starts to supply fire water. If there is a power failure or an abnormality in the electric pump causing the pressure to continue to drop, the diesel engine backup pump will automatically start to take over the water supply task. After the pressure returns to normal, the pump needs to be manually stopped.
