Russian style underground fire hydrants are fixed fire-fighting facil-ities designed according to Russian GOST standards (such as GOST 8220). It is installed on the fire station of the water supply network,mainly used for taking water and extinguishing fires through the fire riser (in accordance with GOST R 53250), and is commonly used in mu-nicipal,industrial, and power plant areas.The structure of the fire hydrant is sturdy, and the main body is of-ten made of ductile iron and coated with anti-corrosion coatings such as epoxy resin to enhance durability.Its design emphasizes convenience and safety, and can be easily operated on the ground with a dedicated T-shaped key; At the same time, it has an automatic drainage function,which allows for the use of the rear air valve to prevent freezing in win-ter.
