PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The ZSFM diaphragm rain shower alarm valve consists of a main valve, hydraulic alarm bell, pressure switch,manual opening valve,sole-noid valve,manual reset valve,reset device,and control pipeline.A cor-responding water spray fire extinguishing system can be composed of an open nozzle,water curtain nozzle,water mist nozzle,and fire alarm control system. It has the characteristics of simple structure,easy oper-ation,safety and reliability,and convenient installation and mainte-nance. When a fire occurs, the rain shower valve opens,and the sys-tem's open nozzle sprays water towards the fire source.It can also auto-matically spray water onto the entire protected area to prevent the spread and expansion of the fire. Suitable for buildings and sites with high fire hazards that are prone to icing or require special protection.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Diaphragm type rain shower valve divides the valve body into upper and lower parts when the diaphragm is closed. The upper part is con-nected to the automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system pipe net-work, and the lower part is connected to the water supply system pipe network.The cover and diaphragm form a controlled pressure inner cav-ity after sealing. There is a pipeline connected to the upper water sup-ply pipeline of the valve body. When the pressure in the inner cavity is basically balanced with the pressure in the water supply pipeline, the diaphragm is in a sealed state (i.e. waiting state). At this time,the water supply system cannot supply water to the pipe network. When the pres-sure in the diaphragm control room drops, the diaphragm automatically opens to supply water.
